Information you choose to provide
The current enquiry form marks full name, phone number, postcode and service selection as required, with a brief-details field for describing the work. It does not currently have an email-address field. Provide only what is needed to discuss the roof or building concern. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
How the current form works
The website embeds a GHL enquiry form hosted by ScaleSuite. Details you submit are handled by that service so Tiptop can respond. The embedded form provides its own consent controls. The website does not prepare an email draft from the form. Please rely on the form’s confirmation to check whether your enquiry was accepted.
Responding to your enquiry
When you contact Tiptop by phone or email, your contact and job details are used to discuss the enquiry, arrange an inspection or quote, and communicate about agreed work. Enquiries are not a newsletter signup. Messages you send through the enquiry form or chat are also used to respond to your request.
Embedded maps and external services
The contact page and homepage include a Google Maps embed. Loading or using it makes a connection to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and apply its own privacy and cookie policies. Google profile and review links also open an external service. The site also embeds a ScaleSuite/GHL enquiry form, ReputationHub reviews and LeadConnector chat. These services remain blocked until you accept optional cookies. Loading them after acceptance connects to their providers, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage under their own policies. Information you choose to send in forms or chat is handled by the relevant provider. Email links open your own email app.
Retention and your choices
The website does not have an enquiry database or a published retention schedule for business email or job records. Contact Rocky to ask what information is held about your enquiry, request a correction or ask about deletion. Some records may need to be kept for agreed work or legal obligations; any applicable reason should be explained when your request is considered.
Your data rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing and request data portability.
