This website describes domestic roofing and building services available from Tiptop Roofing & Building across North Devon and Somerset. Sending an enquiry does not book a visit, place an order or create an obligation to proceed. Timing and the actual scope are discussed directly for your property.
Inspections and quotations
Roof inspections and quotes are free, with no obligation. No fixed work prices are published here. The roof condition, materials, access and proposed scope affect a quotation. An inspection is not a promise to identify every concealed defect or complete a repair during the first visit. Discuss any limits and further investigation before proceeding.
Agreeing roofing or building work
Before work proceeds, agree the scope, access, timing, payment arrangement and any applicable job-specific terms. These website terms are not a substitute for that agreement. Tell us about shared boundaries, neighbouring access, listed status or other restrictions. Any permissions needed should be clarified before changes are made.
Guarantee and insurance
Every new roof installed by Tiptop carries a 15-year guarantee. This commitment applies to new roof installations, not automatically to repairs, chimney work or gutter maintenance. Ask for the applicable guarantee details with your agreed work. Tiptop holds £1,000,000 public liability insurance. No additional accreditation or insurance claim is made here.
Emergency enquiries and safe access
The emergency call-out service operates 24/7 for urgent leaks and storm damage. No fixed arrival time or immediate-repair guarantee is advertised. Weather, current commitments and safe access affect attendance and work. Keep clear of loose material and do not climb onto a roof to inspect damage or obtain photographs.
Payment
Payment is flexible and can be discussed in your preferred way once the job is complete. The agreed payment arrangement belongs in the job-specific agreement. No finance scheme, named payment method, interest rate or deposit requirement is offered by these website terms.
Reviews and photographs
The reviews page reproduces the review supplied for this website, not an overall Google rating or total review count. Our Work shows genuine project photographs supplied by Tiptop. Some service pages and service cards use stock photographs to illustrate the service; these are not photographs of Tiptop projects. Photographs do not promise an identical result for your home.
